A lounge / office area is available for reviewing your files. This area provides desks, internet access, coffee and TV. Fax and copy services are also available.

We use the nation’s leading supplier of record storage management software – O'Neil Software. O'Neil's software solutions track multiple types of data including traditional storage boxes, file folders, documents and tapes; from receipt to destruction. Their system combines barcode tracking, portable printers and wire-less hand held scanners. Their web technology allows customers to place and track orders, complete data entry and print reports through the internet.

Security

Your records are stored in a secure area, on specifically designed shelving, within a modern self storage facility. The property has more security than you would find at a standard record storage center. All doorways are alarmed; digital cameras are located inside and outside the building; the entire facility has a sprinkler system and a state-of-the-art smoke detection and alarm system.
