Archiving Process

Step 1 in the Archiving Process Customer applies the Eagle Rock Archives barcodes to the document boxes and prepares descriptions of the contents of the boxes.
Step 2 in the Archiving Process Customer contacts Eagle Rock Archives requesting a pickup of the items.
Step 3 in the Archiving Process Eagle Rock Archives picks up the boxes and content descriptions, scans all
barcodes, provides a printed receipt, and returns to the record center.
Step 4 in the Archiving Process The boxes are received into our center, assigned to shelf locations, and all descriptive information is entered into our data system.
