O'Neil's software solutions track multiple types of data including traditional storage boxes, file folders, documents and tapes; from receipt to destruction. Their system combines barcode tracking, portable printers and wire-less hand held scanners. Their web technology allows customers to place and track orders, complete data entry and print reports through the internet.

Barcodes

In conjunction with our portable scanner equipment and unique barcodes, our state-of-the-art software tracks the status of each of your containers or files. Each container and shelf location is assigned a discrete barcode number, assuring 100% accurate tracking and monitoring. This allows us to maintain a complete history of all stored records for their entire lifecycle.

Reports

We record the contents and descriptive information of your records upon receipt and storage. This information is detailed in the various reports available to you. These reports include:

• Containers or File folders listed by Account
• Containers or File folders listed by Activity
• Containers or File folders listed to be Destroyed
• Containers or File folders listed as out of the warehouse
