Our shelving system is arranged to store three different size boxes:

Standard File Box

16" x 13" x 11" this box conveniently holds legal size documents (16") or letter size documents (13") and is charged as 1 storage unit

Letter Transfile Box

24" x 13" x 11" this box is designed to hold letter size documents and is charged as 2 storage units.

Legal Transfile Box

25" x 16" x 11" this box is designed to hold legal size documents and is charged as 3 storage units.

Eagle Rock Archives encourages customers to use the Standard File Boxes that we sell. They are sturdier than boxes available elsewhere, but priced competitively, and have a simple one step "snap open" assembly.

Standard File Boxes are also the most cost effective based on their volume and price.
